The Experience

The Experience

More than what you do. It's what you take home with you.

REMEMBER brings together practices for the body, mind and nervous system — alongside space for rest, connection, nature and simply enjoying life. Every experience has its own purpose. Together, they create a week designed to bring you out of autopilot and back into connection with yourself.

Meditation

Start within.

Every morning at REMEMBER begins with a moment of stillness. Meditation creates space between the constant noise of everyday life and what is actually happening within you.

Yoga & Movement

Come back into your body.

Our morning practices combine intentional movement, mobility and yoga to gently wake up the body and prepare you for the day ahead.

Breathwork

Your breath is always with you.

Breathwork uses conscious breathing patterns to influence how we experience our body, emotions and inner state.

Sound Healing

Sometimes you don't need to do anything. You just receive.

During Sound Healing, instruments, frequencies and vibrations create an environment in which the body can settle and attention can turn inward.

Cacao Ceremony

Connection, intention and presence.

Our Cacao Ceremony creates a space to slow down, connect and share an intentional moment together.

Ice Bath

Meet yourself in the discomfort.

Cold immersion creates a very simple challenge: your body wants to leave. Your mind tells you to leave. And you learn to stay calm inside intensity.

Journaling

Put it down. Make it clearer.

A few quiet minutes with a page can reveal what you didn't know you were carrying — and leave you lighter for the day ahead.

And everything in between.

REMEMBER isn't seven days of moving from one practice to the next.

There is space.

Long breakfasts. Conversations. Nature. Rest. Incredible food. Music. Laughter. Time by the pool. Moments alone and moments together.

Because transformation doesn't only happen during a session. Sometimes it happens in everything around it.

Seven days. One experience.
